President Donald J. Trump will welcome His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar to the White House on July 9, 2019. The visit will build on the longstanding partnership between the United States and Qatar and further strengthen our already substantial economic and security ties.  The two leaders are expected to discuss regional developments, bilateral security cooperation, and counterterrorism issues.
