On Sunday, September 22, White House Office of National Drug Control Policy Director Jim Carroll will travel to Beijing to underscore the importance of keeping fentanyl and other synthetic opioids from coming into the United States. Director Carroll will lead a delegation that includes Acting Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection Mark Morgan and Chief Postal Inspector of the United States Postal Inspection Service Gary Barksdale.
