Today, President Donald J. Trump congratulated President Maria Fernanda Espinosa Garces of the United Nations General Assembly on being the fourth woman elected as President of the United Nations General Assembly in its 73 years of existence.  The two leaders pledged to work together on a range of global threats and challenges.
