President Donald J. Trump spoke yesterday with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada who expressed condolences following the tragic shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida yesterday.  President Trump commended the work of the law enforcement officers who apprehended the alleged shooter and the emergency medical professionals who attended to the victims.  President Trump thanked Prime Minister Trudeau for his words of solidarity, and reiterated the close ties between our two countries.
