On Friday, April 10, 2020, the President signed into law:
H.R. 4771, the “VA Tele-Hearing Modernization Act,” which amends the Department of Veterans Affairs’ authorities related to claims appeals hearings that are conducted remotely; and
S.J.Res. 66, which appoints Denise O’Leary as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution.
