On Friday, August 2, 2019, the President signed into law:

H.R. 3877, the “Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019,” which increases discretionary spending limits for FYs 2020-2021; temporarily suspends the public debt limit through July 31, 2021; and sets forth procedures for establishing a Congressional budget for FYs 2020-2021; and

S. 2249, which provides a one-time exception to allow the positions of both Administrator and Deputy Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to be filled by former military officers.
