On Thursday, April 18, 2019, the President signed into law:
H.R. 1839, the “Medicaid Services Investment and Accountability Act of 2019”, which modifies Medicaid authorities by imposing penalties on manufacturers that misclassify drugs, expanding a State option for health homes for children with complex medical conditions, extending and providing additional funding for certain Medicaid demonstration projects, and modifying other Medicaid funding and billing provisions.
