On Friday, October 30, 2020, the President signed into law:

S. 2330, the “Empowering Olympic, Paralympic, and Amateur Athletes Act of 2020,” which provides increased oversight of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee’s board of directors and governing bodies; and establishes safeguards to protect amateur athletes from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse;

S. 2638, the “Friendly Airports for Mothers Improvement Act,” which requires applicable small hub airports to maintain a lactation area and a baby changing table in at least one men’s and one women’s restroom in each passenger terminal building in the airport;

S. 3758, which makes technical corrections to the Klamath Basin Water Supply Enhancement Act of 2000 and clarifies the status of the Kinsey and Sidney Projects in Montana;

S. 4075, the “Reinvigorating Lending for the Future Act or the RLF Act,” which provides for the release of certain Federal interests in connection with certain grants provided under the Economic Development Administration’s Revolving Loan Fund Program; and

S. 4762, which designates the airport traffic control tower located at Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, North Carolina, as the Senator Kay Hagan Airport Traffic Control Tower.
