The President has signed into law:
H.J.Res. 87, which reappoints Michael M. Lynton as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution; and
H.J.Res. 88, which appoints Franklin D. Raines as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution.
