Vice President Mike Pence met with President Reuven Rivlin this morning to discuss significant strategic issues related to regional security and further strengthening the bi-lateral relationship between the United States and Israel. Among other things, the Vice President and President focused on the conditions required to create lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians; the challenges and opportunities presented by the current regional security situation; and how to best counter Iranian malign activity.
