On Monday, July 13, 2020, the President signed into law:
S. 4091, the “Emergency Aid for Returning Americans Affected by Coronavirus Act,” which increases from $1 million to $10 million the amount that the Department of Health and Human Services may spend for the provision of assistance to repatriated U.S. citizens in fiscal year 2020.
